Eagle 3D Streaming is Hiring!
Position: Frontend Engineer (Next.js Specialist)
Work From Home
Salary: BDT 20,000 – 50,000 (Based on experience)
About Eagle 3D Streaming
Eagle 3D Streaming is a leading pixel streaming company delivering high-performance 3D streaming solutions to clients worldwide. We help businesses bring interactive, real-time 3D experiences to any browser. Our engineering team is passionate about performance, innovation, and pushing the limits of what the web can do.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer with a strong software engineering mindset, not someone whose primary focus is UI development. You will work primarily on our existing Next.js projects, understanding, improving, and scaling mature codebases rather than building everything from scratch. AI is an integral part of our engineering workflow, and we expect every engineer to actively use modern AI tools to improve productivity while maintaining high engineering standards. If you love reading code as much as writing it, and you get excited about performance tuning, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AI integration, and analytics, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
-
Read, understand, and confidently work within existing Next.js codebases
-
Identify and implement improvements to project structure, performance, and maintainability
-
Review existing architecture and recommend long-term technical improvements where appropriate
-
Use AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily workflow to improve productivity, while critically reviewing, validating, and taking ownership of all generated code
-
Work with the marketing team to implement SEO and GEO strategies in Next.js projects and expose the necessary admin tools to support their workflows
-
Implement analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.) and assist the marketing team in interpreting and utilizing the collected data
-
Participate in research and recommend AI-driven improvements across your projects and product
-
Collaborate with the team to research alternative approaches and recommend technically sound solutions
-
Write clean, maintainable JavaScript following software engineering best practices
-
Troubleshoot, debug, and improve rendering, bundle size, and page loading performance
Requirements
Must Have:
-
Strong, proven experience with the Next.js framework, tooling, and ecosystem
-
Strong understanding of vanilla JavaScript, execution context, closures, asynchronous programming, event loop, memory management, and browser internals
-
Solid understanding of HTML and CSS semantics and web standards
-
Experience using browser developer tools for debugging, profiling, and performance analysis
-
Good understanding of communication methods (REST APIs, WebSockets, polling, etc.) between frontend and backend
-
Ability to navigate and extend existing projects, not just start from scratch
-
Comfortable reading, understanding, and becoming productive in large existing codebases without extensive guidance
-
Actively uses modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) as part of daily engineering workflows
-
Comfortable using AI image generation tools (such as Gemini) to quickly create mockups and present ideas during discussions. Training will be provided if needed
-
Engineering mindset: performance-conscious, analytical, research-driven
Nice to Have:
If you don't have experience in the following areas, don't worry, we still encourage you to apply. We'll provide guidance and support as needed.
-
Experience with AI-powered analytics and reporting tools
-
Ability to build or fine-tune AI-assisted features (chatbots, search, recommendations)
-
Familiarity with WebRTC technologies
-
Knowledge of Core Web Vitals optimization
-
Experience with SEO implementation in Next.js websites
-
Experience with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), optimizing content for AI search and answer engines
-
Experience integrating Google Analytics and interpreting the collected data
Education
BSc in Computer Science & Engineering from any reputed university is preferred.
Important: If you are experienced enough, the education requirement is not mandatory. Strong candidates with a proven portfolio and relevant experience are encouraged to apply regardless of formal qualification.
What We Value
-
Curiosity and initiative. You investigate problems, read documentation, and research solutions before asking for help.
-
The ability to understand someone else's code, not just your own
-
A preference for engineering solutions over visual polish
-
Genuine interest in AI. You follow the space, experiment with new tools, and think about how AI can improve the product.
-
Honest self-assessment. Apply only if you genuinely feel capable of owning existing Next.js projects.
What We Offer
-
Flexible working hours
-
Work from home
-
Unlimited paid sick leave
-
Friendly and collaborative working environment
-
Performance-based salary reviews every 6 months
-
Company-sponsored courses and training to help you grow your skills
Who May Not Be the Best Fit
-
Developers who see front-end development as only building user interfaces rather than solving software engineering challenges
-
Developers who constantly switch between frameworks instead of developing deep expertise in one
-
Individuals with poor written and verbal communication skills
-
Individuals who prefer working in isolation rather than collaborating with teammates
-
Individuals who are not proactive in seeking feedback, researching solutions, or gathering input from teammates and external sources
